UK Basketball coach John Calipari has made it official; he is stepping down as head coach at the University of Kentucky.
On social media, the coach stated that he felt it was time for the program to have another voice. Coach Cal was at UK for 15 seasons winning 412 games, four Final Four appearances and one National Championship in 2012. The Wildcats finished 23-10 this season.
A search for a successor is underway.
