Boys and Girls Club of Somerset

Boys and Girls Clubs do not only serve students from particular groups and/or economic backgrounds—rather, any students that seek greater opportunities and relationships are welcome!

We exist to inspire and empower through educational resources and courageous conversations so ALL community members feel equitably represented, heard, and understood.

PFLAG Somerset

PFLAG provides support, education, and advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community. We serve the Lake Cumberland region, providing resources, meetings, & events.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Students and Staff at Somerset Community College

The Office for Equity and Inclusion was established in July 2005 to plan and implement a comprehensive program that promotes diversity in the College. Our annual International Festival is just one example of this effort.

United Way of South Central Kentucky

UWSCKY recognizes inequities exist for marginalized people groups as a result of decades of legal and cultural discrimination and seeks to remove the barriers that have caused these inequities.  We believe in intentionally making decisions that provide fair treatment, access and opportunity for all people.

Unity Allies

Unity Allies was formed to bring “Unity” to communities across the U.S.! Our mission is to educate, promote, and spread awareness in communities on diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging. Our goal is to create more inclusive or “beloved” communities across the nation. Join us in making the world a better place for everyone!
