Elly De La Cruz hit a two-run homer to help the Cincinnati Reds secure an 11-5 victory over the Pittsburgh Pirates in the opener of their three-game series at Great American Ball Park (GABP). Tyler Maile, Stuart Fairchild, Jonathan India, Spencer Steer, and Levi Jordan also contributed RBIs for the Reds. College Baseball:
Tennessee clinched their first-ever baseball national championship by defeating Texas A&M 6-5 in the Game 3 finale of the College Baseball World Series in Omaha, Nebraska.
Kentucky Wildcats Basketball:
The third installment of the basketball series between Kentucky and Gonzaga will take place on December 7th at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle. The game time and broadcast network will be announced at a later date. The two teams are also scheduled to play in Nashville at Bridgestone Arena during the 2025-2026 season.
